Sandalyeonline is based in Istanbul, Türkiye, and supplies furniture for hospitality projects, commercial interiors and wholesale orders. This page explains how distance sales and project orders are documented. The terms for a particular order must be provided and agreed before that order is placed.

Consumer purchases and purchases made for business or professional purposes have different legal frameworks. Nothing on this page removes mandatory rights that apply to the buyer.

1. Seller and contact information

2. Buyer and order details

The order documentation identifies the buyer, the person authorised to place the order, the billing details, the delivery address and the recipient. Please provide accurate company or personal details, contact information and any tax or invoicing information required for the transaction.

3. Product specifications and customisation

The agreed order documentation records the model, quantity, dimensions, materials, upholstery, frame finish and other selected options. Available fabric and frame colours depend on the model. Custom-made designs, special dimensions and project-specific details must be reviewed and confirmed for the order.

Review the final specification and any approved drawings or finish references before confirming an order. A different product or a change to the agreed specification requires the buyer’s express approval.

4. Quotations, prices and additional costs

For project and wholesale enquiries, request a quotation for the selected products, quantities, finishes and destination. The quotation and order documentation should state the currency, unit prices, order total, applicable taxes and any separately charged transport or other services, together with the quotation’s validity period.

A product enquiry is a request for information or a quotation. It does not itself confirm a purchase or create an obligation to pay.

5. Payment and order confirmation

There is no online checkout on this website. International orders are paid by bank transfer (T/T) after quotation approval and order confirmation. Credit card payment is not the standard payment method for export orders. For domestic sales in Türkiye, card payment is available through a bank-issued virtual POS payment link after order confirmation, or through a physical POS terminal in-store.

The payment method, payment schedule and order acceptance process must be stated in the documents supplied for the transaction. These may include a quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation and, where applicable, a separate project agreement.

Please review the specifications, total price, payment obligations and delivery arrangements before accepting the order. Do not send payment-card numbers or account passwords by email.

6. Production, delivery and international transport

For custom-made and export orders, the indicative production lead time is approximately six weeks to completion and readiness for dispatch. International transport time is additional. The production schedule, its start date and delivery arrangements are confirmed in writing for each order, taking account of the models, quantities and approved specifications. For international projects, the destination, shipping method and responsibilities for freight, insurance, customs clearance and import charges should be stated expressly in the agreed documents. A specific delivery term or Incoterm applies only where it has been agreed.

Consumer delivery deadlines remain subject to applicable law. Under Turkish distance-sales rules, the general 30-day limit has an exception for goods prepared to the consumer’s individual requirements, for which a longer period may be agreed.

7. Delivery checks and product issues

Inspect the packaging and products on delivery and record any visible damage, shortages or differences from the agreed specification. Notify Sandalyeonline with the order reference, a description of the issue and photographs where available. Keep relevant transport records and packaging while the issue is assessed.

Signing for a delivery does not remove any mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. Applicable warranties and any agreed project-specific procedures remain part of the order documentation.

8. Changes and cancellation of project orders

Requests to change or cancel a business or project order should be sent in writing. The applicable process and any financial consequences must be determined from the agreed order terms and applicable law. This page does not set a blanket cancellation charge, a fixed deposit percentage or a universal return policy for commercial orders.

9. Consumer withdrawal rights

For standard stock products sold to consumers in Türkiye, where Turkish consumer distance-sales rules apply and no statutory exception applies, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Withdrawal can also be notified before delivery. Send a clear written notice identifying the order and the products concerned.

This withdrawal period is separate from the production lead time. For business, project and international orders, cancellation and return arrangements are determined by the agreed order documents and applicable mandatory law. An overseas destination does not by itself remove consumer rights that may apply.

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or personal requirements may be exempt from the statutory withdrawal right. This exception does not remove rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. Return procedures, costs and refunds must follow the applicable rules and the pre-contract information supplied for that purchase.

10. Delays and inability to fulfil an order

If an unforeseen event affects fulfilment, Sandalyeonline will notify the buyer so the available next steps can be discussed. Any revised schedule, substitution, cancellation or refund must be handled under the agreed order terms and mandatory law. A replacement product requires the buyer’s approval.

11. Privacy and communications

Contact details are used to respond to enquiries and communicate about orders, payment and delivery. Information about personal-data handling is available in our Privacy Policy. Accepting an order does not by itself replace any separate consent required for marketing communications.

12. Questions and disputes

Contact export@sandalyeonline.com with the order reference and details of your question or complaint.

For consumer transactions subject to Turkish law, the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court is determined by the applicable rules and the monetary thresholds in force when the application is made. Commercial and international disputes are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law; this page does not impose a new jurisdiction or governing-law clause.

The order-specific information and applicable terms must be supplied before acceptance. This public page is not a completed agreement for an unidentified buyer or order.
